ACU diagnostic software
The ACU diagnostic software is used to access the HJS-ACU to read out system-relevant data such as actual values and fault codes. The software can be operated on a standard laptop. To use the ACU diagnostic software, a special hardware interface is required, which also licenses the software for the laptop used. To purchase this hardware interface, please contact your local sales partner.
Sentinel LDK Run-Time
Note for the installation of the ACU diagnostic software: When using the operating system Windows 10 version 1908 or later, the separate driver “Sentinel LDK Run-time” must be installed before installing the ACU diagnostic software.
If you have issues with the installation or the use of the software because this driver has not been updated yet, please uninstall the ACU diagnostic software (TDX Workshop) completely and remove all remaining TDX files manually.
Afterwards, please download and install this driver on your system, and after rebooting your system run the installation of the ACU diagnostic software again.
ACU diagnostic software plug-in for SCR pump
The installation of the plug-in for the SCR pump requires an existing installation of the ACU diagnostic software as well as a suitable diagnostic cable to establish the connection to the SCR pump. With the help of this software, the system status of the SCR pump can be read out in detail. In addition, extensive functions are available, including a flushing function.
The plug-in can be used to access the SCR pump in the following systems:

- 94720142 HJS-SCRT Volvo B9 TL
- 94720143 HJS-SCRT Volvo B7 RLE

ECU diagnostics software
With a standard laptop and a diagnostics cable, communication with the HJS-ECU of the filter system is possible over the diagnostics software. Data can be read out and actions implemented. So that all necessary functions of the ECU diagnostics software can be used, a registration must be implemented before first utilisation. The registration logon is implemented over a password that must be requested from your marketing partner.

Please consider the following notes if you are implementing an update of an existing diagnostics software version: After the installation of the new diagnostics software version, your personal registration key must be entered renewed. Your personal registration key remains valid, however, and can be used further! A new key request is not necessary. If you have not already secured the registration key, save your license key off before installation of the new diagnostics software version. Please find the registration key in the diagnostics software 2.x into the menu “Settings”.
Emission Monitoring System (EMS)
The HJS Emission Monitoring System is a complete, stand-alone solution for monitoring the status of diesel particulate filter. Its function is achieved by continuously measuring, displaying and logging exhaust gas temperature, back pressure and engine speed.

EMS diagnostic software
This diagnostic software is used for the initial commissioning and diagnosis of the system. During initial commissioning, the date and time are set, the parameters stored in the control unit are adjusted if necessary, and the system is checked for proper functioning. In the event of a fault, or when carrying out regular maintenance work, this software provides the following functions for analysis purposes:
– Data analysis and graphic display of the measured values
– Display of the alarm memory
The diagnostic software can be operated on any commercially available laptop. To use the laptop with the EMS control unit, an EMS diagnostic cable and a PCAN USB adapter from PEAK (IPEH-002021) are required.
