Clean Bus Technology Fund (CBTF)

The government has released £40 million pounds under the above funding to retrofit older buses to meet Euro VI standards.  29 Local authorities across England have been successful in securing this funding and will upgrade their fleet to meet the required standards.  Funding has been allocated up until 2019.  The HJS Real Blue SCRT® is approved by the Energy Savings Trust (EST) Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme (CVRAS) only technology approved under this can be installed using the CBT funding.
